About the Role:

As a BI Analyst (AI Focused), you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into valuable business intelligence. You will combine your analytical skills with your understanding of AI and machine learning to develop reports, dashboards, and predictive models that help us understand our business, identify opportunities, and improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and prepare data from various sources.
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Apply AI and machine learning techniques to analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Build predictive models to forecast future business outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and BI processes.
• Experience with cloud-based BI platforms, Experience with specific AI/ML libraries.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and data querying languages (SQL, Python, R).
• Proven experience as a BI Analyst, preferably with experience in applying AI/ML techniques.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python, R).
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and algorithms.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with cloud-based data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS Redshift).
• Experience with specific AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with data engineering principles.
