About the Role:
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Support professional to assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset to ensure a seamless experience.You will play a critical role in building customer loyalty and representing our brand.This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies.
- Assist customers with account setup, product usage, and troubleshooting.
- Issue Resolution:
- Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams for further investigation.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams.
- Ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Update customer information in the company database.
- Prepare reports on customer service metrics and trends.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
- Identify areas for improvement in customer service processes.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.
- Optional: Process orders, Handle returns, Provide technical support.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Cantonese (written and spoken). Mandarin is a plus.
- Familiarity with customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of IT products and services is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer support.
- Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries with efficiency and empathy.
- Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
