About the Role:

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Support professional to assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset to ensure a seamless experience.You will play a critical role in building customer loyalty and representing our brand.This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Assistance:
    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
    • Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies.
    • Assist customers with account setup, product usage, and troubleshooting.
  • Issue Resolution:
    • Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
    • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams for further investigation.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
    • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams.
    • Ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Update customer information in the company database.
    • Prepare reports on customer service metrics and trends.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
    • Identify areas for improvement in customer service processes.
    • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.
  • Optional: Process orders, Handle returns, Provide technical support.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese (written and spoken). Mandarin is a plus.
  • Familiarity with customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of IT products and services is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer support.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries with efficiency and empathy.
  • Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
