About the Role:

As a Project Manager at Norbida Limited, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, testers, and stakeholders, to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Maintain documentation and track project performance using appropriate tools.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry, preferably with [mention specific technologies or project types, e.g., software development, cloud infrastructure, etc.].
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
